Frequently Asked Questions

What is this?
Mon.thly.Info is a simple tool to help you keep track of your menstrual cycles.

How does it work?
Each time you start your period, add the date to your Mon.thly account, and it will use your history to predict the next time your cycle will start. This provides you with a record of your menstrual cycles, which can be an important addition to your medical history. If you want, Mon.thly will also email you a customized reminder before or on your next estimated start date.

When are reminders emailed?
Reminders are emailed at 5:00am in your timezone, which you can change in Settings. To be sure they won't mistakenly be caught by your spam filter, add reminders@mon.thly.info to your email contacts.

How accurate are your predictions?
Only as accurate as your cycles are regular.

Who are you, anyway?
My name is Heather Rivers and I'm a freelance web developer. You can contact me at [myfirstname].rivers@gmail.com.

Are you going to send me spam?
Your email address will never, ever be sold or used for spam. You may choose to receive email reminders, but otherwise, mum's the word.

Is this available in my language?
Not yet, but if you have a solid grasp of English and another language and would like to help translate, get in touch! (Already working on Spanish, French, Italian and German with some awesome volunteers.)

Is it free?
It is free, and much like New Hampshire, it will live free or die.
